Service and quality of food makes this the place I choose to eat at. You can people watch and make plans on what else to see at the mall while eating your delicious meal. Staff always has a smile even when they are super busy and gets your order correct the first time.

I've always loved the sweet tea they serve at Chick-fil-A, but I don't eat the food. It's sort of my way of boycotting them for their less-than-secret agendas... However, even if I wanted to get a sinful sweet tea, I won't bother. It's the most popular food place in the mall. Long lines, crowds of oblivious people you can't walk through, and worn out employees. Half the time they give unsweet instead of sweet tea, so it's this battle to get back to the front just to ask for a simple switch as people all but growl like a feral animal at you as though you're sneaking up to steal their waffle fries... Oh, and I tried to solve that problem for all involved by taking a sip of my tea before walking away from the counter the last time I was there, and the chick looked like she was going to slap it out of my hands. "This area is for orders only." ...I took a sip of my tea, lady! I didn't whip out a tent and hunker down on the counter, jeeze! Chick-fil-A does weird things to people...

Ate here while I was visiting the mall. It had been a while since I've had chick-fil-A and I was craving their chicken sandwiches something fierce. This location didnt disappoint. The sandwich was amazing, crispy, tasty, fresh, just delicious. My only complaint was that there was a small wait for my sandwich, though that is understandable considering it was made fresh to order. A+ Chick-fil-A!

Good customer service, military discount, and that familiar & tasty chicken you crave on Sundays but can't have. The one bad thing (other than the Sunday no-fly zone?) - it's in a mall and it's the only one around for miles!

Love Chick Fil A. The food is excellent here. The service is also great. I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A where the employees are mean. They must really spend time hiring the right young adults. I highly recommend it. Try the spicy chicken sandwich with a sweet tea.

Very polite and quick employees. For fast food, it's delicious. I get the chicken deluxe sandwich meal and I am always satisfied with my order! Lemonade is delicious! Best choice at the mall for food

For the food court on the mall, this place is okay. It's all processed fast food, but the hot food it hot. While the staff here tries to provide personalized service, the mostly teenaged employees are just going through the motions. On this last visit, I ordered a grilled chicken salad, light Italian dressing and an un-sweet ice tea. What I received was a fried chicken salad and a sweet tea. When I pointed that put to the young lady behind the counter she looked as if I was being unreasonable. She dumped out my tea after asking me to remove the lid. Then she marked the cup as if I had received the one and only free refill they allow. After a few pre minutes passed, she returned with the correct salad (which was retrieved from a cooler behind her). I guess the wait time was just to teach me a lesson? Anyway, needless to say, my next salad will be purchased from Nature's Table at the opposite end of the food court.

Assuming you've had Chick-Fil-A other places and enjoyed it this particular franchise should perpetuate that positive view of the restraint chain. Great service. Although the lines tend to be long, they move quickly. The cashiers tend to have smiles and a good demeanor. The managers are great and have consistently solved or at least rectified any of the rare problems I've had. The food's pretty delicious. Sometimes the salads can get a bit soggy, but even the pre-made, refrigerated wraps tend to be crispy and delicious. You should try the Buffalo and Polynesian dipping sauces. Also, the waffle fries make my tummy happy in a million different ways. I like biting the fries apart piece by piece. Also their soda's are pretty good. Super carbonated though, so if you're not looking to be burping (or farting) for the next few hours you might want to stick with the super-sweet, super-tart lemonade.
